What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Maintenance Technician position at Premier Real Estate Management LLC?
We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated, skilled maintenance technician to join our team to assist in performing essential upkeeping tasks for 2 properties in Viroqua, WI. In this position, you will be responsible for a wide variety of activities such as, but are not limited to, repairs, make readies and grounds work, snow removal to ensure that our facilities are both clean and well maintained. Must be a team player, be reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail is essential in this job. The ideal candidate will preferably have previous maintenance work experience. You should have the manual dexterity and physical stamina necessary for this work and able to lift 50lbs. This is a part time position, with flexibility of hours.
