Premier Pursuit is working with fantastic law firm seeking a Trusts & Estates Associate to join its Naples, Florida office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants sophisticated, high-net-worth estate planning work in one of Florida's most desirable markets.
What you'll do:
Advanced estate planning for taxable estates and wealth transfer strategies — GRATs, SLATs, IDGTs, and GST planning — alongside estate administration and the preparation/review of Forms 706, 709, and 1041.
What we're looking for:
- 3 years of trusts & estates experience
- Depth in sophisticated estate planning and wealth transfer
- Estate administration experience
- Comfort with Forms 706, 709, and 1041
- Strong client relationship skills
- Florida Bar admission (required)
