What you'll do
- Handle a range of complex commercial disputes from initial pleadings through trial
- Take depositions, draft motions, and manage discovery on substantive matters
- Work directly with partners and clients
What we're looking for
- 2 years of litigation experience
- Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
- J.D. and active bar membership
