Premier Pursuit is helping a top-ranked firm build its M&A/PE practice and is seeking an experienced M&A Associate to join its Miami office. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled transactional attorney to work on high-value deals while establishing yourself with one of Florida's most respected firms.
About the Role You'll work on meaningful M&A and private equity transactions, handling due diligence, drafting transaction documents, and supporting senior attorneys through closing. You'll gain exposure to complex deal structures while building relationships with institutional clients and co-counsel across the country.
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of M&A/PE transaction experience
- Barred in any U.S. jurisdiction (committed to sitting for the Florida bar exam)
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple work streams on complex deals
- Client-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
