Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Pulmonary Medicine
Pulmonary APP preferred or prior allergy immunology /Sleep medicine/ENT experience is plus.
Location: Plano, TX
Facility: Premier Pulmonary and Sleep
Job type: Part time 9 am to 3 pm Monday to Thursday
or Fulltime Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Position Overview:
Premier Pulmonary and Sleep is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our pulmonary care team. This role offers a dynamic mix of outpatient clinic responsibilities and inpatient pulmonary service coverage, with opportunities to manage simple and complex pulmonary and sleep patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and follow-up care for patients with a wide range of pulmonary, allergy immunology and sleep conditions.
- Provide care in both outpatient and inpatient settings if interested
- Collaborate closely with pulmonologists and other specialists to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical team meetings.
Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Texas.
- Certification as an NP (AGACNP, FNP) or PA-C.
- Experience in pulmonary, critical care, Sleep medicine, ENT , allergy immunology or internal medicine preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and participate in advanced pulmonary procedures.
