Our Night Warehouse Team Members are responsible for accurate product selection and shipments for customer orders. This position will work with team members to ensure that pick slots are filled in a timely manner to ensure that Team members are accurately selecting orders. This position is also required to load our trucks according to that night’s operational needs. We work as a team to safely, accurately, and efficiently select products to fulfill customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Safe, accurate, product selection to build customer orders using a ride-on electric pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
- Wrap and stage product pallets to prepare shipments.
- Perform forklift duties using a stand in forklift.
- Perform duties to load trucks
- Work safely, efficiently, and collaboratively, with a team
- Follow all safety guidelines and exercise solid judgement.
- Keep all warehouse work areas clean and organized.
- All other duties as assigned
Experience/Skills/Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience using stand in forklifts and pallet jacks is required.
- Must be able to use all warehouse selection equipment that is computer-based operations
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to read English
- Excellent attention to detail
- Safety conscious ‘heads-up attitude/approach
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team-based environment.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines/requirements, including proper body mechanics.

Physical and Mental Demands
Physical and mental ability to perform the duties of this job include physical ability to lift product of varying weights of up to 65 lbs. from and to multiple levels, including above shoulder and at floor level on a frequent basis; ability to push, pull reach for, and move products using a pallet jack or other material handling equipment; continuous standing for up to 6-12 hours (with normal break schedules); frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing (stairs) and reaching. Must be able to work in varying temperatures (0°F to 75°F).
Ability to concentrate on details, accurately read from printed order lists, use of RF Scan guns and to perform more than one task at a time, while maintaining order accuracy and performance rates. Must be able to communicate professionally and effectively with co-workers and all levels of personnel.
