Qualifications

- Advanced Art Direction skills, guiding multidisciplinary teams in layout, photography, illustration, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design, including industry-standard design software and best practices for print and packaging.
- Proven experience in a senior creative leadership role within an agency, production, or brand environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, premium packaging, and brand-focused creative work.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and maintain high quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
