Job description
Premier Plastic Surgery Center of New Jersey, located in Morristown, New Jersey, is seeking a highly professional, dynamic, and creative person to join our immensely successful aesthetic practice.
The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of social media and digital marketing programs for the practice, as well as maintaining brand aesthetic across all platforms, including our website.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and curate engaging content for all social media platforms. Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content. Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels and practice website.
- Execute a results-driven social media marketing strategy. Outline campaign goals, work closely with the Director of Operations and providers to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Establish and maintain a marketing calendar.
- Collaborate with Surgeon, Nurse Injector, Aestheticians, and staff to create content including treatment and surgery videos, team content, photography and more.
- Interact with users and coordinate responses to social media messages, inquiries, and comments with office staff.
- Oversee functionality of the practice’s website by monitoring, developing, implementing, and updating website content. Regularly conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information to improve the user experience of the website.
- Monitors social media channels for industry trends.
- Ensure that social media and website content align with brand strategy and consistently maintain practice standards.
- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
- Refer data to management to focus attention on productive leads.
- Analyze consumer behavior and direct efforts to maximize the demand for the company's products or services.
- Seek new forums for company advertising messages and track how competitors and consumers react. Determine optimal method of reaching consumers among various demographics.
Job Requirements:
§ Candidate must be proficient in all aspects of social media platforms, digital content and creation, brand marketing, and analytics (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube).
§ Must possess an understanding of the positive effects aesthetic surgery and treatments have on patients.
§ This position is hybrid - while much of the work can be done remotely, one must also have the flexibility to come into the office to develop and secure social media content.
