Position SummaryThe Payroll Specialist role involves processing client payrolls, supporting clients and training on payroll systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service focus and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities- Process client payrolls accurately and efficiently
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and fax
- Train clients on payroll software and HR-related topics
- Assist with quarterly and year-end processing and reports
- Support agency form completion (e.g., unemployment, child support, workers' compensation)
- Ensure overall client satisfaction through proactive support
- Stay up-to-date on payroll legislation and product updates
- Contribute to additional projects as assigned by management

Qualifications- Basic knowledge of payroll and payroll processing
- Experience with hospitality payroll is a plus
- Familiarity with iSolved software is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience and Education- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree preferred but not required
- 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- 2 years in a payroll or HR-related role preferred
