Junior Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant
Location: Warrenton, VA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $42,000 – $50,000 per year (based on experience)
About the Role
Premier Outdoor Living is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Junior Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and serve as the first point of contact for our clients.
This role is critical to keeping communication, scheduling, and client experience running smoothly. You will work closely with the CEO and the operations team to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
· Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails in a professional and timely manner
· Serve as the first point of contact for customers and homeowners
· Schedule appointments and manage the CEO’s calendar
· Communicate with clients regarding appointments, updates, and next steps
· Manage and track leads, conversations, and tasks in CRM systems (JobTread and Go High Level / BriteLeads)
· Maintain accurate notes, follow-ups, and organized records
· Assist with light social media and marketing tasks (as needed)
· Provide minor administrative support in QuickBooks Online (data entry, basic updates, assisting with organization)
· Support general administrative and operational needs of the business
Qualifications
· Previous customer service or administrative experience required
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Comfortable using technology and learning new systems (CRM experience a plus)
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
· Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Preferred (Not Required):
· Experience in construction, home services, or a related field
· Familiarity with JobTread, Go High Level, or similar CRM tools
· Basic familiarity with QuickBooks Online
· Social media or marketing experience
