Compensation: $70,000 - $110,000 DOE
What You’ll Do
Coordinate incoming referrals and admissions
Communicate with hospitals, case managers, families, and referral sources
Assist with insurance verification and authorizations
Ensure admissions paperwork is accurate and complete
Coordinate closely with clinical and administrative teams
Help support census growth and strong referral relationships
What You Bring
Skilled nursing experience required
Previous admissions, intake, or healthcare experience preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
