About the Role
A children's mental health program is looking for a warm, organized Admissions & Care Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for families seeking care. You'll handle inquiry calls, build meaningful relationships with families, and ensure ongoing attendance and engagement — playing a direct role in connecting children to the support they need.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Intake
- Handle incoming inquiry calls from families
- Guide families through the admissions process with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate records across an active family caseload
Family Relations
- Build and nurture ongoing relationships with enrolled families
- Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the care journey
- Address concerns and ensure families feel supported and informed
Attendance & Engagement
- Monitor and ensure consistent attendance among enrolled children
- Follow up proactively with families to maintain engagement with the program
Qualifications
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Experience in admissions, care coordination, or a related role preferred
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a large family caseload
- Genuine passion for supporting children and families
