Metal Roof Manufacturer looking for a Metal Standing Seam on-site Roll Forming Operator to join a great and growing team. Work environment is high-performing, respectful, and rewarding. Qualifications

• CDL required
• Works well in a team environment, but is also self-motivated
• Be willing to cross-train in other areas if necessary
• Someone who will truly care about other team members
• Able to carry move up to 50 lbs consistently
• Be quality-conscious
• Ability to maintain pleasant demeanor under stress
• Ability to multi-task within a team environment
• Ability to be organized and thorough in responsibilities
• Prior industry experience a plus, but not required
• Be professional and courteous to customers
• Willing to work indoors or outdoors

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

• On-site and in house Metal Roof Roll forming with CDL requirement
• Machine Operator
• Help stack flashings in trays for delivery
• Help load customers and follow procedures
• Keep shop areas neat and organized
• Other shop-related tasks as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
