Job Description & Requirements

- Duration: 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours, nights
- Employment Type: Travel
- Minimum of two years education at an accredited School of Nursing required
- Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from NLC participating state required
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for Healthcare Provider (BLS) or AHA approved equivalent required
- AHA HeartCode Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or AHA approved equivalent required
- Cardiac Telemetry Care experience required
- 12 hour nights, may float as needed, every other weekend
- Associate's degree in nursing required
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
- Working with diverse patient population including MI, CHF, COPD, strokes, stable arrhythmias, and any other patient needing closer cardiac monitoring and assessment
- The Registered Nurse is a practitioner who is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment
- This individual demonstrates competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population
