Pulmonics Plus is expanding its patient-care team in Waxahachie, TX! We are looking for a dedicated, knowledgeable, and patient-centered Registered Dietitian (RD) to support our clinical team and help improve patient health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
- Provide evidence-based dietary counseling and education to patients.
- Educate patients on healthy eating habits, disease-specific nutrition, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinical staff to support individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patients’ nutritional progress and provide ongoing follow-ups and adjustments to nutrition plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient progress.
- Follow clinic protocols, professional standards, and applicable nutrition and healthcare guidelines.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered counseling and support to help patients achieve their health and nutrition goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with an active credential.
- Experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
