Summary
As a Landscape Designer at Premier Landscape Management, you will play a vital role in designing, selling, and managing landscape enhancement projects. This position is essential for delivering high-quality landscape services and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout Southwest Florida.
Responsibilities
- Prepare planning documents, conceptual and schematic designs, illustrations and graphics, construction documents, technical specifications, and cost estimates for a wide variety of public and private sector projects.
- Consult clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Create design plans for softscape and hardscape projects, including materials, layout, and cost estimates.
- Present enhancement proposals to clients and meet sales goals.
- Leading the day-to-day execution of landscape installation projects through management, crew direction, and scheduling; material, equipment, and subcontractor coordination; change order administration and management; etc.
- Must be able and willing to work for long periods of time outside (in extreme temperatures, weather, and direct sunlight)
Requirements
- Degree in Landscape Design, Horticulture, Turfgrass or related major preferred. Relevant experience in the landscape industry will also be considered.
- Strong organizational skills that allow you to be efficient and structured with a commitment to accuracy, deadlines, and performance
- Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office technologies and tools
- Spanish is a plus!
- Valid driver’s license required with ability to clear Motor Vehicle Record review.
