As we continue expanding our presence in Texas, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Scheduler with strong Primavera P6 experience to support our growing portfolio of airport, restaurant, retail, and commercial construction projects.
- Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 DOE

The Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing multiple project schedules simultaneously using Primavera P6.
This role works closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and Executive Leadership to ensure schedules accurately reflect project sequencing, procurement requirements, construction progress, and critical milestones.
The ideal candidate understands commercial construction, can think several steps ahead, and enjoys coordinating numerous moving parts across multiple active projects at the same time.
- Develop detailed CPM schedules in Primavera P6 for multiple projects simultaneously
- Create baseline schedules from preconstruction through project closeout
- Build project logic, relationships, milestones, calendars, and activity sequencing
- Develop procurement schedules and track long-lead material deliveries
- Develop recovery schedules and schedule mitigation plans when necessary
- Support schedule development during estimating and preconstruction efforts
- Assist with phasing plans, logistics plans, and construction sequencing strategies
- Collect schedule updates from Project Managers and Superintendents
- Perform routine schedule updates and maintain current project status
- Monitor critical path activities and identify schedule risks
- Track float consumption and milestone impacts
- Verify progress against planned completion dates
- Generate schedule narratives and executive summary reports
- Maintain accurate project forecasting
- Manage schedules across multiple active projects simultaneously
- Prioritize competing schedule demands across numerous project teams
- Coordinate schedule updates with field operations and project management staff
- Maintain consistency across scheduling standards and reporting formats
- Ensure schedule integrity across all active projects
- Work directly with Project Managers to develop realistic construction durations
- Collaborate with Superintendents to understand field productivity and sequencing
- Assist project teams in identifying schedule risks before they become problems
- Support procurement planning and subcontractor coordination efforts
- Participate in project planning meetings and OAC meetings as required
- Generate weekly and monthly schedule reports
- Prepare milestone tracking reports
- Develop schedule dashboards for management review
- Identify schedule variances and recommend corrective actions
- Present schedule updates to internal project teams and management
Candidates must meet all of the following:
- 3 years of Primavera P6 experience
- 3 years of construction scheduling experience
- Experience creating and maintaining CPM schedules
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling principles
- Ability to manage multiple schedules and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with Project Managers and Superintendents
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Commercial construction experience
- Airport construction experience
- Retail, restaurant, hospitality, or aviation project experience
- Ground-up commercial construction experience
- Concrete tilt-up construction experience
- Experience with Procore
- Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree
- Familiarity with schedule recovery planning and procurement tracking
- Full-time W2
- Office-based position in Irving, Texas
- Regular visits to DFW Airport and project sites
- Typical work week: 45–50 hours
- No relocation assistance
