Job Title: Service TechnicianPosition Overview:The Service Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment or systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. This role involves troubleshooting issues on-site or remotely, providing technical support, and ensuring all work meets company standards and safety regulations.The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service. This position requires effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform service and warranty work in the field.Manage standard work for daily proficiency and effectiveness.Inspect Installation.Overall responsibility for quality and cost-effective installations.Develop high level efficiencies and effectively close out business.Monitor installers quality of work in field.Build relationships in the field.Participate in management staff meetings to communicate and receive information.Manage delivery schedule in coordination with the general contractors.Drive to customer sites to manage the installation from installation to completion.Other duties as assigned.Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.Qualifications:Extensive Bathroom experienceExtensive plumbing experienceResults-oriented.
