Position: Full-Time W2 Home Inspector
Service Area: Knox County Surrounding Areas
Pay: $45,000–$70,000 per year
What You’ll Do
- Inspect residential and commercial properties using photos, thermal imaging, and software tools
- Communicate inspection findings with clients and agents
- Perform additional services (radon, water quality, etc.)
- Work in attics, crawlspaces, and rooftops — this is a hands-on, active job, not a desk role

What We’re Looking For
- 2 years in customer service, hospitality, or other client-facing roles
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Detail-oriented, professional, and reliable
- Physically able to climb ladders, enter tight spaces, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Clean driving record & ability to pass a background check
- Tech-savvy with iPhone and computer software
