What You'll Do - As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll represent Pinnacle Home Improvements in local communities and introduce homeowners to our exterior remodeling services.

- Engage with homeowners through face-to-face residential outreach
- Build rapport and identify potential home improvement needs
- Educate homeowners about Pinnacle's roofing, windows, siding, gutters, and door services
- Generate interest and schedule free consultations with our in-home sales team
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and team meetings
- Professionally represent the Pinnacle brand in the communities we serve

Previous sales experience is not required.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to walk and work outdoors for extended periods
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Willingness to be coached and held accountable to performance expectations
Schedule: First Week – Paid Training: 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Regular Field Schedule: Includes 1–2 weekly in-office meetings and training sessions.
