Key Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physical interventions.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and preventive care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• Current state licensure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

2. Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist Assistant works under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care, implement treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist.
• Instruct patients in therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional activities.
• Document patient performance and report progress to the supervising PT.
• Assist with equipment use and patient mobility.
• Support patient and family education.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current state certification/licensure.
• Strong observational and communication skills.

3. Rehabilitation Aide / Physical Therapy Aide

Job Summary:
The Physical Therapy Aide provides support to Physical Therapists and PTAs by preparing treatment areas, assisting patients with mobility, and performing non-clinical tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and clean therapy equipment and treatment areas.
• Escort patients to and from therapy sessions.
• Assist patients with exercises as directed by PT/PTA.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Perform clerical duties such as scheduling and filing.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in healthcare preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work in a team.

4. Home Health Physical Therapist

Job Summary:
The Home Health PT provides physical therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on improving independence and safety in daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home patient assessments.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions aimed at mobility, strength, balance, and fall prevention.
