What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse (RN), Geriatric Behavioral Health position at Premier Healthcare Staffing?
AS A REGISTERED NURSE (RN), you’ll be relied upon to provide total nursing care within the Penn Highlands Clearfield Geriatric Behavioral Health Unit. You’ll be responsible for delivering care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacting with patients, significant others, and other health care team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nursing License or Temporary Practice Permit required
- Previous experience in Behavioral Health preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekend and holidays required
- Ability to pass Criminal Background Check required
13 week contract (can be extended)
No benefits such as paid time off, sick time, medical insurance coverage, etc.
Scheduling: Rotating shifts (7a-7:30p; 7p-7:30a), every other weekend and holiday
