- Ensure timely and efficient food service to our residents
- Develop and implement menu planning and budgeting strategies to ensure cost-effective and high-quality meals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall dining experience for our residents
- Prior experience in cooking, nutrition, or a related field preferred
- Experience in a long-term care setting or similar environment is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, push, and move equipment and supplies as needed
