Location: Fairlane Gardens Nursing and Rehab, Reading, PA
Shift: Part-Time - 12p-8p & 16 hours bi-weekly

ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook meals according to planned menus and portion control guidelines.
Coordinate food production to align with meal serving schedules.
Memorize and execute menu items, including special diet orders and portion sizes.
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
Adhere to strict sanitation and food safety standards.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least one (1) year of dining services experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or similar setting preferred.
Culinary school training is a plus but not required.
