- Read, understand and follow recipe directions, diet orders and work assignments
- Withstand exposure to temperature and humidity changes as a result of entering refrigerated storage areas, working art ovens, ranges, dishwashing machines and steam tables.
- Prepares meals in accordance with sanitary regulations
- Prepares meals in accordance with planned menus, standardized recipes and production.
