Residential Med Tech Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and assistance to residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, medication, and treatment plans to the healthcare team
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the physician
- Document resident information, treatment plans, and progress accurately and timely
- Participate in resident assessments, care planning, and care delivery
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, staff, and visitors
- Prior experience as a Medical Technician or related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Certification or licensure as a Medical Technician or related field (although not required, preferred)
