Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and incontinence care
- Take vital signs, report changes in condition to nursing staff, and assist with medication management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and interactions
- Demonstrate a commitment to resident-centered care and exceed expectations
- Current certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
- Prior experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply!)
- Ability to work weekends
