Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision and guidance to a team of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of resident care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to advance best practices and foster a culture of excellence
- Provide mentorship and support to new employees, promoting a culture of growth and development
- Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Prior experience as a Registered Nurse
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
