ABOM Assistant Business Office Manager ABOM Assistant Business Office ManagerResponsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Business Office Manager, including answering phones, responding to emails, and completing various tasks as needed
- Process and reconcile financial transactions, including billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including analyzing financial data and making recommendations
