Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care and assist in the admission, discharge, and welcoming process for residents.
- Transcribe physician orders accurately and monitor self-administration of medications and treatments.
- Assess detoxification levels using CIWA and COWS, monitoring for over-sedation or medical emergencies.
- Respond to emergencies and take action according to company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, healthcare practitioners, and other staff regarding resident care.
- Ensure resident compliance with facility rules and guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Valid LVN License in the state of California.
- Newly graduated LVNs with some clinical nursing practice experience are welcome to apply.
- Experience in substance abuse treatment is a plus.
- CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
