Sales Account Manager - (40% Commission) - Logistics

Premier Global Transportation partners with freight carriers across the country to provide custom solutions to supply chain challenges. We are a young, fast growing company and we are looking for highly motivated sales pros that are ready to take their careers the next level.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Focused with problem solving skills and a strong attention to detail
• Persuasive cold calling skills
• Capable of developing strong relationships
• Passion for providing outstanding service to your customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing setting
• Skilled negotiators that communicate effectively
• Confidence and drive to not stop until the job is finished

Requirements:

• 2 years of inside sales experience in logistics, shipping or freight / trucking
• Proven history of achieving sales quotas.
• Knowledge of SalesForce (or other CRM)

Compensation

• Base salary of $40-$200k
• 40% commission (uncapped)
• 401K Matching
• PTO

Weekday hours, occasional evenings in our office.
