Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and growing relationships with HVAC/R wholesalers, contractors, and manufacturers in the assigned territory. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining regular contact with key accounts, understanding customer needs, and recommending appropriate product solutions. The role involves coordinating trainings and product demonstrations, tracking sales performance, and identifying new business opportunities. The Account Manager will prepare quotes, proposals, and sales reports, while collaborating with internal teams to address customer inquiries and resolve issues. This position requires proactive territory management, virtual and occasional on-site meetings, and consistent follow-up to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in account management, customer relationship building, and territory planning.
- Experience in sales, business development, or manufacturer representation, preferably within the HVAC/R or related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with comfort leading trainings or product overviews.
