Sweeping Truck Operator - Overnight (Lynnwood, WA)
Full-Time | Starting at $23 per hour
Premier Facility Management is hiring a reliable Sweeping Truck Operator for overnight shifts on a multi-site route starting from the Lynnwood area. You’ll operate a sweeping truck to keep parking lots, sidewalks, entrances, and common areas clean before morning business hours.
Pay & Schedule
- Starting pay: $23 per hour (hourly, non-exempt)
- Full-time overnight / late-night shifts on a consistent route
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a sweeping vehicle on a nightly multi-site route
- Use tools including power blowers to clean corners, tight spaces, sidewalks, and entrances
- Remove trash and debris at each stop
- Maintain equipment and report issues promptly
- Deliver quality results with minimal supervision
Requirements
Required:
- Experience operating a sweeping truck, street sweeper, or similar heavy equipment
- Clean driving record (no at-fault accidents or serious violations in the past 3 years — must be insurable)
- Reliable transportation to the Lynnwood starting location
- Ability to work overnight shifts and lift 50 lbs regularly
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using a smartphone for timekeeping apps
- 21 years of age or older
Preferred:
- Commercial landscaping, leaf blowing, or parking lot sweeping experience
- High school diploma or GED
