Sweeping Truck Operator - Overnight (Lynnwood, WA)
Full-Time | Starting at $23 per hour
Premier Facility Management is currently hiring a Sweeping Truck Operator for overnight shifts on a multi-site route starting from the Lynnwood area. In this full-time role, you will operate a sweeping truck to keep entire parking lots, curbs, sidewalks, bays, stalls, and building entrances clean and well-maintained.
We’re looking for candidates with prior experience operating sweeping equipment who want steady overnight work and opportunities to grow with a local company.
Sweeping Truck Operator Responsibilities
- Safely operate a commercial sweeping truck on nightly multi-site routes starting from Lynnwood
- Perform parking lot sweeping, street sweeping, and cleaning of drive aisles and access roads & more.
- Use of tools, including power blowers, to clean corners, tight spaces, sidewalks, and building entrances
- Remove trash and debris at each stop before sweeping
- Conduct basic equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly
- Complete work independently with minimal supervision on overnight shifts
Requirements for Sweeping Truck Operator Position
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Sweeping Truck Operator, street sweeper operator, or with similar heavy equipment
- Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or serious violations in the past 3 years (must be insurable)
- Reliable personal transportation to the Lynnwood starting location
- Ability to work consistent overnight / night shift hours
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs regularly and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using a smartphone for timekeeping apps
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in commercial landscaping, leaf blowing, or parking lot sweeping
- High school diploma or GED
