About the Role
This position is responsible for driving performance across domestic and international e-commerce platforms by optimizing conversion, customer acquisition, and retention, while ensuring the digital experience reflects a science-backed, purpose-driven brand.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including brand marketing, creative, digital, supply chain, and customer service to ensure alignment across global markets.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Execute and support a global e-commerce strategy aligned with brand and revenue goals
- Optimize site performance, conversion, and overall customer experience
- Partner with global teams to localize initiatives and improve engagement
- Analyze site performance, customer journeys, and KPIs to identify growth opportunities
- Drive merchandising strategy, product assortment, and landing page optimization
- Implement personalization, cross-sell, and upsell strategies
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure strong brand storytelling
- Manage integrations with third-party platforms, payment providers, and logistics partners
- Partner with supply chain to ensure inventory alignment and fulfillment accuracy
- Share best practices across domestic and international markets
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of e-commerce experience (beauty, skincare, or consumer brands preferred)
- Strong Shopify expertise and experience with digital merchandising
- Experience supporting global e-commerce operations and localization
- Data-driven mindset with a track record of improving performance
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
