Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate in Franklin, MA entails responsibility of the safe handling of inbound & outbound shipments, proper care and handling of inventory and following safe practices and standard work procedures at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough inspection of each shipment to insure quality and accuracy
- Unload inbound and load outbound shipments quickly, accurately, safely, and damage free
- Keep a clean, organized and safe work area
- Perform various warehouse duties as requested
- Operate various powered equipment efficiently and safely
- Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor
Travel:
Delivery/pickup of parts will be required occasionally.
Education:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Required Skills:
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to drive a truck/forklift within facility confines
- Dependable, honest, quick learner, good communication skills and team player
- Ability to work a flexible schedule when required including occasional weekends to ensure that the customer demand is met
Preferred Skills
- Ability to learn new skills at a fast pace
Required Experience:
- Previous warehouse experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
