Premier Early Childhood Education Partners is a private early childhood education organization seeking a Social Media Marketing Intern! This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and motivated individual who is passionate about marketing, social media, and early childhood education.
To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require candidates to be currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program. Applicants pursuing a degree in marketing, journalism, communications, business, or a related field are preferred; however, all majors will be considered.
Required Schedule: Hybrid role, working remotely and on-site 2-3 days per week in our Downtown Chicago office located at 120 S. LaSalle St. Chicago, IL 60603.
This is a part-time internship (15–20 hours per week) with a 3-month commitment and an April or May start date.
Compensation: $18 per hour

Main Job Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of monthly content calendars across social media platforms.
- Assist with administrative social media tasks across multiple locations.
- Help create and schedule social media posts that drive family engagement and enrollment interest.
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media ads based on location-specific campaigns.
- Monitor comments, messages, and reviews to ensure timely, thoughtful, and brand-aligned responses.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to repurpose blogs, campaigns, and center events into social-first content.
- Track basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks) and provide insights on content performance.
- Support marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and community engagement.
- Other duties as assigned.
