Cornerstone Learning Center is a licensed childcare center seeking Lead Teachers for the following age groups:

To beQUALIFIEDfor this position, we require a high school diploma OR GED and the ability to pass all background checks. Aplusif you havepreviouschildcare experience!

Required Shift:Monday - Friday, 8:15am - 5:15pm

Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour, based on education and experience

MainJob Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of the classroom in a manner consistent with the philosophy and goals of the center.
• Implement activitiesthatencourage each child’s growth in the areas of emotion, social, cognitive, creative,and physical development.
• Take initiative, accept constructive criticism, and feedback, and make improvements and changes as necessary for the betterment of the quality of the program.
• Createandmaintainan environment that is clean and safe for all children.
• Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family toprovidequality care for the children.
• Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running,and climbing stairs.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
