Floater Teacher

Kid's Castle in Kenosha is looking to hire a full-time floater teacher, to support all age groups, Infants-Prek!

To be QUALIFIEDfor this position, we require a high school diploma OR GED and the ability to pass all background checks. Previous childcare experience and minimum Registry Level 3 strongly preferred.

Required Shift:Monday - Friday, Full-time, 9am-6pm

Compensation: $15-16/hr,based on education and experience

Location: 4211 Green Bay Rd., Kenosha

MainJob Responsibilities:

• Assistthe lead teacher with all aspectsof the classroomin a manner consistent with the philosophy and goals of the center.
• Implement activitiesthatencourage each child’s growth in the areas of emotion, social, cognitive, creative,and physical development.
• Take direction, accept constructive criticism,and feedback, and make improvements and changes as necessary for the betterment of the quality of the program.
• Createandmaintainan environment that is clean and safe for all children.
• Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family toprovidequality care for the children.
• Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running,and climbing stairs.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
