As an Assistant Infant Teacher, you’ll work closely with Lead Teachers to help create meaningful learning experiences and support children as they grow and develop.
Classroom We’re Hiring For
Monday–Friday
8:30am – 5:30pm
No nights. No weekends.
Compensation
$15–$16 per hour, based on education and experience

- Follow all licensing, safety, and center policies
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Previous childcare or classroom experience is a plus
- CDA or higher is a plus
- Ability to pass all required background checks
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a team‑first mindset
- Ability to meet the physical demands of working with young children, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
