📆 Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm (arrive 7:45am)
💵 Compensation: $20-$24/hr, plus monthly bonus opportunities based on performance

Responsibilities:
- Genuinely welcome patients into the practice
- Assist the dentist chairside with 4 handed dentistry
- A thorough review and update of the patient's health history
- Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring the highest level of care and comfort are achieved
- Sterilization of instruments according to OSHA regulations
- Select and set up instruments, equipment, and supplies as needed for each operatory
- Provide post-operative care instructions
- Assist with ordering and stocking supplies

Requirements:
- Active Registered Dental Assistant license (RDA) in the state of TX
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in general dentistry
- Active CPR certification or willing to obtain
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
