About The Role
As a valued member of our clinical team, you will play an essential role in supporting our orthodontists and ensure each patient has a positive experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Taking patient x-rays, impressions, and orthodontic records
- Preparing patients and assisting the orthodontist during procedures
- Bonding brackets and scanning images
- Cleaning, preparing, and sterilizing instruments and equipment
- Maintaining accurate and organized patient records

Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant
- Proficiency in chairside and four-handed dentistry
- Strong clinical and technical dental assisting skills
- Active Texas RDA License
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, professional attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Warm, personable demeanor
- Excellent multitasking abilities
- Proactive and able to anticipate the doctor’s needs
- Experience with model pouring and impressions
- Familiarity with Open Dental software
- Bilingual (is a plus)
