Premier Decorative Group represents leading luxury kitchen bath brands across Arizona, Nevada, and California, and we’re looking for a driven, creative, people-oriented professional to join our team for Northern CA.
This is not your typical sales role.
We’re looking for someone who can build genuine relationships with designers, showrooms, builders, and industry professionals while helping bring beautiful products and inspiring spaces to life.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, showroom teams, architects, and builders
- Present luxury kitchen bath products in a fresh, engaging way
- Assist with showroom support, trainings, events, and product launches
- Collaborate on social media and brand marketing initiatives
- Help identify opportunities, solve problems, and create exceptional client experiences
- Represent premium brands with professionalism, creativity, and energy
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for interiors, design, luxury products, and trends
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to connect with people naturally and professionally
- Industry experience is a plus, but personality, drive, and initiative matter most
