Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Estimator role based in Denham Springs, LA. The Estimator will be responsible for reviewing project plans and specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, and coordinating with project managers and clients to ensure successful project execution. Additional tasks include material take-offs, bidding, vendor pricing analysis, and maintaining organized documentation for all estimating activities.

Qualifications
- Strong background in Cost Estimation, Budgeting, and Quantity Take-Offs
- Proficiency in Reading Blueprints and Construction Drawings
- Experience with Project Management-related tasks, including coordination and documentation
- Knowledge of Retaining Walls, Precast Concrete, and Masonry or related materials is preferred
- Familiarity with Estimation Software Tools and MS Office Suite
- Strong Communication, Analytical, and Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to work on-site in Denham Springs, LA, and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in construction estimation.
