Shifts Available:
AM: (7:00 am – 3:30 pm) (4x2) rotation.
PM: (3:00 pm – 11:30 pm) (4x2) rotation.
NOC (11:00 pm – 7:30 am) (4x2) rotation.

Avocado Post-Acute is an established adult day care center located in El Cajon, California. We strive to provide quality, optimum, and the most effective health care to our residents with COMPASSION and RESPECT. We are a 256-bed facility with diverse units including Sub-acute (24-Hour Respiratory Therapy), Short-term Rehabilitation, Custodial, and Secured Units.
Position Summary:
- Minimum of H.S. degree or equivalent.
- Long-Term care experience preferably in a sub-acute setting but we welcome new grads!
- Current Licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse by the State of California.
- Must be certified in CPR.
- IV certification preferred
- Must maintain current licensure in good standing during employment with this facility in accordance with the State Board
- Pay Rate $36- $44/hr. (DOE and Shift)
