Supervises the scheduling process to ensure consistent nursing staffing in the facility, and meet the state and federal regulations regarding nursing/resident ratio CNA certification needed.
Education/Certification:
Minimum of H.S. degree or equivalent.
Long-Term care experience preferably in a sub-acute setting
Current Certified Nursing Assistant/Registered Nurse assistant
