Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Buford, GA, responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving dealership revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and mentoring sales representatives, setting and tracking sales goals, and monitoring performance metrics. The Sales Manager will manage customer relationships, support staff in closing deals, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. This role also involves coordinating with other dealership departments, implementing sales processes and promotional initiatives, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards.
