Premier Aquatics is currently hiring certified lifeguards for indoor swimming pool facility. We are looking for reliable, responsible, and safety-focused individuals who are committed to maintaining a safe and enjoyable swimming environment.
Schedule & Availability
- Pool Operating Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Days of Operation: Monday – Sunday
- Two Shifts Available: Morning and afternoon/evening
- Weekday and weekend availability
- Flexible scheduling based on facility needs and employee availability
Key Responsibilities
- Patron Surveillance: Actively monitor swimmers and maintain constant awareness of pool activities to prevent accidents.
- Emergency Response: Recognize and respond immediately to emergencies, perform water rescues, CPR, First Aid, and AED procedures when necessary.
- Enforce Pool Rules: Ensure all swimmers follow facility rules and safety regulations.
- Pool Safety: Inspect the swimming area and safety equipment, identify potential hazards, and report concerns promptly.
- Facility Maintenance: Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized pool deck and surrounding areas.
- Daily Procedures: Complete required opening and closing duties, safety checklists, and incident reports.
- Customer Service: Communicate professionally with patrons, answer questions, and provide a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Current Lifeguard Certification – Required
- Valid CPR/AED and First Aid certifications
- Strong swimming and rescue skills
- Ability to remain attentive and respond quickly in emergencies
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
