Schedule
- Monday–Sunday
- Most recurring dog walks occur Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM
- Additional pet sitting and overnight opportunities available

Happy Hearts 'n Paws is a locally owned pet care company serving Great Falls, Reston, Herndon, Sterling, and Ashburn. We're growing quickly and are looking for 2–3 dependable dog walkers and pet sitters to join our team.
Every day is different—you'll spend your time walking dogs, caring for pets in their homes, and providing the exceptional service our clients have come to expect.
What You'll Do
- Walk dogs safely in clients' neighborhoods
- Provide in-home pet sitting visits
- Feed pets, administer medications when needed, and refresh water
- Communicate with pet owners through our TimeToPet app
- Follow each pet's customized care instructions
- Represent Happy Hearts 'n Paws with professionalism and compassion
Required:
- High school graduate
- Must live in Ashburn, Herndon, Sterling, or Reston
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license
- Smartphone with internet access
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable handling dogs of various breeds and sizes
- Passion for animals and a genuine love for pets of all kinds
- Willingness to undergo a background check
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with dog walking, pet sitting, veterinary, kennel, or animal care
- Pet First Aid/CPR experience
