Job Responsibilities
At Premier Aggregates, we are seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is integral to our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards in the aggregates industry. In this position, you will:
1. Retail Sales Management: Manage and execute retail sales operations with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless transaction processes.
2. Commercial Sales Support: Provide essential support for commercial sales activities, including the preparation and dispatch of quotes and pricing to potential commercial customers. This role involves the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to streamline sales processes and enhance customer engagement.
3. KPI Reporting and Pipeline Management: Take responsibility for overseeing key performance indicators related to sales. You will maintain and report on the sales pipeline, facilitate follow-ups on outstanding quotes, and evaluate pipeline value. Your insights and management skills will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales effectiveness.
4. Business Central Expertise and Order Processing: Act as a specialist in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Your responsibilities will include handling customer onboarding, managing credit applications, and setting up master data. Additionally, you will oversee the conversion of quotes to sales orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the sales cycle.
